I went to the gym tonight with my whole family.
and not only was it amazing because my family lately has been so close with eachother to the point that we’re all best friends with eachother, I finally got my dad and brother off of their lazy asses.

I ran 5K with the last kilometer at max heart rate and did 15 full court sprints after. You could say I worked my ass off.
